Senator Kay Hagan invites all North Carolina 7th through 12th grade students interested in applying to a U.S. military service academy to attend Academy Day on September 22.

Senator Hagan, who has been traveling across the state on her North Carolina Back to Work Jobs Tour for months, will host a Jobs Summit on Friday, July 20 at 10:30 a.m. with the state's top leaders in business, economic development and education to discuss current and future job creation efforts.

U.S. Senator Kay R. Hagan (NC), a member of the Senate Small Business and Banking committees, invites all North Carolina small business owners to attend a Small Business Exporter Forum on February 24 at the Gateway University Research Park in Greensboro.

Senator Hagan will continue her North Carolina Back to Work Jobs Tour on Tuesday at the ground breaking for Conover's new Manufacturing Solutions Center (MSC).

Senator Hagan will travel to her native Shelby to host "Conversations with Kay" on Tuesday, February 21. Constituents can come meet with Hagan to talk about their concerns from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Her constituent services staff will be on site from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. to help people navigate issues with federal agencies, such as the VA, IRS or Social Security Administration.

Senator Hagan will be in Bessemer City Friday for a jobs announcement at FMC Lithium. Headquartered in North Carolina for more than 50 years, FMC Lithium is one of only three global manufacturers capable of producing the material necessary to power advanced lithium batteries, which are essential to developing electric vehicles and smart grid technologies.

Senator Hagan will be in Lincolnton Friday to host the 50th "Conversations with Kay." Hagan holds the events regularly in North Carolina communities for constituents to come meet with her to talk about their concerns. Constituents can meet with Hagan from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Her constituent services staff will remain on site from 1-3 p.m. to help people navigate issues with federal agencies, such as the VA, IRS or Social Security Administration.

Senator Hagan on Wednesday will host "Conversations with Kay" in Lenoir. Constituents can come meet with Hagan to talk about their concerns from 2-3 p.m. Hagan's constituent services staff will be on site from 1:30-3:30 p.m. to help people navigate issues with federal agencies, such as the VA, IRS or Social Security Administration.
