Senator Hagan will attend and speak at the ribbon cutting of the expansion at the Wilmington VA Health Care Center. This expansion will allow veterans to receive a new array of services in Wilmington including day surgery, mental health, cardiology, women's health, MRI, mammograms and cat scans.
